Design – Architectural Director Engineer

 Design – Architectural Director Engineer with highly leadership skills is required for immediate hiring with Minimum 20 years of experience in the field of real estate  & architectural drawings  to join reputable Real Estate Company.

   Job Description:

·         Approves all architectural & engineering drawings

·         interacts with senior management  within other company's departments (HR,Finance, ….etc)

·         Supervises the preparation of contracts & architectural drawings with consultants

·         Supervises the release of licenses & permits

Qualifications:-

·         Gender Male

·          Must have min. 25 years of solid experience in Design Engineering

·         Experience in architecture with previous working experience in a well known real estate company

·         A very good command of English (Written & Spoken)

·       Age range between 40-55 years

·         Preferred MBA or PMP holder
