Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing preferred in Real estate industry
• Flexible in working hours
• University graduate of a reputable university

• Previous experience working in the luxury Property Development industry
• Computer skills in basic Microsoft Office programs are expected
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Knowledge of social media strategy and implementation

Job Description:
- Sourcing new prospective clients through industry, market, and networking research.
- Building a strong client base that will grow business locally and build yield high dividends for you
- Compile a weekly status report on marketing activities in line
- Execute marketing strategies for the company & projects including advertising, direct marketing, market research, analytics, branding etc
- Ensure brand recall & create a pull leading to higher inquiries & eventually sales for individual projects
- Plan events, exhibitions, activations, site branding, signages etc
- Working side-by-side with a principal of the firm to master the tenant representation business.
- Ability to be mobile in order to move according to the customer's requirement in line with business to show them the company's available properties
