Job Description
-The candidate shall be responsible for Financial analyst Reports status by preparing and analyzing financial
plans, forecasts, and reports. Duties include:
- Maintains and develops various financial models and standard templates for use in various stages of cross border location strategy assignments.
- Performs sophisticated cash flow analysis
-Tracks financial status by monitoring variances from plan.
-Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
-Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
-Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
-Increases productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating
information requirements.
-Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
. Analyzes industries, companies, national/local economic incentive programs
Job qualifications
. Bachelor’s degree, prefer Accounting or Finance (English section is a must).
. Minimum 2-5 years of work experience preferred. Relevant commercial real estate experience is a plus.
. CFA, or MBA is a plus
. Awareness of and interest in local and national economic and real estate markets
. Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills. Financial modeling required
. Superior skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
