For Construction company,urgently required Cost Control Engineer with the following criteria
Must have Civil Engineering Degree,
Has experience from 5-8 years in cost control
knowledge of computer based tools, (Microsoft, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Familiar with cost probabilistic, cost codes CSI, associated software, contract control, reporting requirements and with both project cost & budgeting procedures.
Job Responsibilities
1 . Track actual costs versus budgeted costs, recommend cost reduction and control measures.
2 . Monitor subcontractor/supplier payments vs. client payments
3. Resources analysis and allocation.
4. Material Procurement follows up to comply with executed activities.
5 . Monitor labors productivity
6. Reviewing the rate of progress and identifying any issue or obstacle hindering the progress of work and propose.
7. Controlling the overall project cash flow in a periodical monitoring for the progress of all Cash out & Cash In
8. Budgeting, preparing expected cash flow allover projects period & executing all the cost control functions.
9. Handling Technical Correspondence, change orders, claim submittals & Subcontractors monthly payments review.
10. Presenting different periodical reports to top management.
